Ryan is the Human Resources Manager for VFOR. A native of North Carolina, he is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 17 years of experience working for governmental and non-profit organizations, with a focus in HR policy development, employment compliance, community and economic development, change management and engagement, training and development, employee recruitment and retention and conflict resolution.
Having personal experience of family and loved ones both overcome and succumb to addiction, Ryan desire is to create a culture of continuous opportunity and helping people to be inspired to innovate and make an impact on an organization’s most valuable asset, it’s people and clients.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and Political Science from North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC.
